Aikido Federation
1. Payment and organizational conditions:
"The subscription payment for training is made by the athlete (or his legal representative) in advance, in full, during the period from the 1st to the 10th of the current calendar month. In case of non-payment within the specified period, starting from the 11th, the athlete is recognized as having arrears and loses the right to attend training until the amount is repaid.
This is consistent with typical terms of public contracts in the sports sector, which provide for timely payment of services and the consequences of late payment.
2. Attendance rate
"In the current calendar month, the athlete must attend training sessions in the amount of at least ten (10) sessions. Additionally, it is allowed, at the athlete's discretion and in agreement with the coach, to attend two to three (2–3) training sessions in excess of the required number."
This will help protect the interests of the performer (coach) and give the athlete the freedom to make additional visits.
3. Working out absences
"In case of missing a training session, the athlete is obliged to contact the coach to agree on the possibility and time of making up the missed session. Making up is carried out only by prior agreement with the coach."
This ensures a clear procedure, relieves the performer of planning responsibilities, and increases discipline.
4. Competition Terms:
"To participate in sports competitions, an athlete (or his legal representative) is required to submit an appropriate application no later than five (5) calendar days before the start of the competition."
A clear deadline allows the competition organizer and coach to plan participation and logistics.
5. Cancellation without notice
“If an athlete does not show up for the competition for any reason and does not notify in advance, the application fee will not be refunded.”
This is a standard condition in contracts, similar to the provisions of a public offer, where funds are not refundable in the event of unilateral refusal after acceptance.
Packaging in a single clause of the contract (for parents of athletes)
