About us

"Techniques require four qualities that reflect the nature of our world. Depending on the circumstances, you have to be: hard as a diamond, flexible as a willow, smooth as a stream of water, or empty as the sky."

Aikido begins in you. Work on yourself and the tasks that life in front of you in the spirit of Aikido.

Aikido - one of the softest and safest types of martial arts, the essence is defensive tactics, the use of pain and throws. The secret of aikido technique is that no matter how strong the opponent, the technique of performing techniques allows you to direct his force in the right direction only until the moment when this force begins to act to his detriment, and he loses control of himself.

Aikido is a way of harmonious development. Arriving in the hall we see a ritual. Before entering the bow, before entering the tatami, bow again. They kneel down, sit in silence, and bow again. All this is to enter a state of "flow". To start practicing, you must enter a state in which you are ready to frame your ego and accept new information for you.

     What gives us aikido?

  1.   Physical development. Like any martial art, aikido improves a child's physical shape, increases his endurance, improves stretching and strengthens the musculoskeletal system. In addition, children who practice aikido, can boast of almost perfect posture, which is rare today.

  2.  Spiritual development. In Aikido, close attention is paid to both the technique of techniques and the psychological (even philosophical) component of martial arts and life in general. Aikido classes instill in the child discipline, respect for teachers, the habit of not abusing force and non-conflict. And demonstrations instead of competitions and "partners" instead of "opponents" do not provoke aggression in a small aikido.

  3.  Acquisition of useful skills. Coordination, fine motor skills, control over the body and - most importantly - the ability to fall safely.

  4.  Socialization. Despite the fact that aikido is not a team sport, classes in the section help the child to socialize. Communicating with other children and sensei, boys and girls, peers and older people makes the child more open and responsive, gives the necessary social experience, and a friendly atmosphere of partnership helps to overcome self-doubt.

  5.  Ability to protect yourself. How to avoid a blow or block it correctly? What to do if the attacker is bigger and stronger? How to get out of admiration? What points will help to neutralize the enemy quickly and effectively? By practicing aikido, the child will learn these things and will always be able to protect himself.

Aikido is suitable for children from 4 years old, teenagers, adults.

If you want your child to grow up confident, balanced and develop not only physically but also spiritually, then you should think about aikido. This type of martial arts does not require foreign investment, will be useful in everyday life and will be a great base for another sport, if in the future the child is interested in something new.
