Aiki-jutsu is a type of martial arts that is practiced primarily among warriors, the top of the samurai class. Aiki-jutsu was influenced by Chinese martial arts. The origin of Aiki-jutsu lies in the meaning of the word "Aiki" - the universal principle of universal harmony (literally "the art of combining energy"). Technology was passed down from generation to generation within families (clans), and was considered a secret martial art and passed only to the samurai elite. This martial art was called in Japan the "Secret Weapon of the State." Aiki-jutsu came to Ukraine thanks to one of the students of the Sanada family, who studied this martial art in Mongolia.
